LETS 3D PRINT LTD · UNITED KINGDOM
Privacy notice
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Print Ripple is operated by Lets 3D Print Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information used to provide this website. Contact us at jamesbutcher1905@gmail.com for support or privacy requests.
What is available now
The website is a development preview. You can explore the studio and use the available sign-in methods. Online image generation and credit purchases are not open. Google sign-in is available. Email-link sign-in is available through our email delivery provider, Resend.
Account and Google information
Supabase handles authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic profile, including your name, profile picture and email address, with our sign-in service. Our studio uses your verified account identifier and email address to recognise your account, display its credit balance and protect your saved results. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars.
We do not sell Google account information, use it for advertising or send it to an image-generation service. You can remove the Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete the separate Print Ripple account; email us if you also want that account deleted.
Sign-in emails
If you request an email sign-in link, Supabase sends the message through Resend. Resend processes the recipient email address, sender, message contents and delivery information to deliver the link and report delivery problems. Sign-in messages contain a private, one-time link. We do not use open or click tracking on these authentication emails. Never forward your sign-in link to another person.
Other information we use
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the website. If you contact support, we receive the information you send. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your browser stores studio preferences, including character descriptions and selected options, so they can be restored when you return. An uploaded style reference is held in the open page until you remove it or reload; selecting a file does not by itself upload it to our server. Files of names are read in your browser to fill the character inputs.
Why we use it
We use account information to provide the service you request and manage your account. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service, or performing our agreement with you. We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure, preventing abuse and responding to support enquiries where appropriate. Where information must be kept to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is our basis.
Providers and international processing
Supabase provides authentication, Resend delivers email sign-in messages, and Cloudflare hosts the website and account database. Google processes your use of Google sign-in under its own policies. Providers may process information outside the UK, including for support, security and delivery. Their data-processing terms describe applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where required. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Read Supabase’s data-processing terms, Cloudflare’s data-processing terms and Google’s privacy policy. Read Resend’s privacy policy for information about its email delivery processing.
Cookies and browser storage
We use necessary, secure sign-in cookies to maintain your session and protect the login flow. The login-flow cookie lasts up to 10 minutes, the access cookie usually lasts about an hour, and the refresh cookie can last up to 30 days and renew as you use your account. Signing out clears these website sign-in cookies. Browser preferences remain until you clear this site’s browser storage. We do not add advertising trackers to the studio.
Keeping and deleting information
Account information is kept while needed to provide your account and the preview service. We consider whether an account remains active, whether the information is needed to handle a request or dispute, and any applicable legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the enquiry and any related issue. We do not currently apply an automatic inactive-account deletion schedule.
Email jamesbutcher1905@gmail.com from your account email to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity before acting. We assess requests under applicable data-protection law and explain any information that must be retained. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups according to their backup and deletion arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or transfer of your personal information. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
When generation and payments open
We will update this notice before enabling those services. Image generation will involve sending your descriptions and any selected style reference to OpenAI and saving the resulting artwork and settings with your account. Stripe will handle payment details when purchases open. Those features are currently disabled; signing in does not trigger an image request or a payment.
Changes
We will update the date above when this notice changes and highlight material changes where appropriate.
